1. Introduction

Welcome to Calyndra. These Terms of Service govern your use of Calyndra services on the domain calyndraex.pro. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Definitions

Services: real estate transaction services provided by Calyndra, including property search, negotiation assistance, contract support, and closing coordination.

Info Products: digital guides, tutorials, reports, and other downloadable content.

Goods: physical items such as printed guides, promotional materials, and other tangible merchandise.

3. Services

Calyndra offers real estate transaction services exclusively at Villa 12, Porto Arabia, The Pearl-Qatar, Doha, Qatar. The scope of services will be described in individual agreements.

4. Info Products

All digital products are delivered electronically upon confirmation of purchase. You will receive an email with download instructions immediately after payment.

5. Goods

Physical goods are shipped to the address you provide during purchase. Delivery times may vary. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Pricing and Fees

All fees are stated in the service agreement or product listing. Fees do not include shipping costs for goods unless explicitly noted.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Services

Due to the personalized nature of our real estate transaction services, fees are non-refundable once we have begun performance. If you cancel before any work has commenced, we will refund any fees paid for unrendered services. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 days.

You may request a transfer of services to another property or date at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start date. Transfer requests are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing.

7.2 Info Products

If you are not satisfied with a digital product, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not downloaded or accessed the content. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days.

7.3 Goods

Physical goods may be returned within 30 days of receipt in original condition and packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 days.

8. Cancellation and Transfer

All cancellation and transfer requests must be submitted via our contact form. We will confirm receipt within 2 business days.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calyndra will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, info products, or goods.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Qatar. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Doha.
